duplicated URLs accessible

nickS-28	I am trying to: not have duplicated URLs Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link hidden link I expected to see: only hidden link not hidden link Goal: Only the URL incl /en-us/ should exist here. why is it also created withouth the /en-us/. This is essentially a duplicate URL that should not exist
