Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.
I understand the issue on your site is the filter products by price widget doesn't show products correctly with the USD currency.
I suggest you follow some troubleshooting steps below and see if it helps:
1. Enable a minimal environment:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML plugins and WooCommerce.
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
Hey, thanks for the help.
I did what you said and the issue still persists.
I want to mention that my site main language is English but I use secondary currency (USD) for it. I do not know if it's matter.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
The issue occurs when the price of the second currency is set manually, the filter by price will not work properly. It has been escalated to our development team and I will update you here when I have more information.
