Symptoms: I am unable to translate because I need to add more credit, but adding credit is not working. Questions: How can I add more credit to WPML? Why is the translation not working after adding credit?

Can you please try to use the "Nevermind" (second) option, then go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > and from there, you can activate the "pay as you go" subscription. If you want, you can also buy prepaid credits. Both options are explained here https://wpml.org/account/buy-credits-for-automatic-translation/ If you prefer to buy prepaid credits and you still have issues assigning them, please let me know, and I can assign them for you to the exact site you mentioned. kevinG-53	Hello, I add new site example "hidden link" and pay new credits. also is create new Key, when is register the site, I add the new key, but display an error "Unable to register: Site key not matching"

"Site key not matching" is a different error and issue than the one that we were discussing above. Can you please share a real example of a specific domain? There's multiple reasons that might happen and if I know an exact example, I can take a deeper look. If you want, you can also add the credentials for that site in the private fields I am enabling below.
