This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing difficulty with the process of using the 'Translation Basket' feature in the String Translation section. Solution: To use the translation basket, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management. 2. Click on the 'Translation Basket' tab. 3. Select a translator. 4. Click the 'Send all items for translation' button. 5. Go to WPML >> Translations and click the 'Translate' button to start translating using the WPML Translation Editor. Thank you for contacting WPML Support. The "Add selected strings to translation basket" button in WPML >> String Translation appears under the following conditions:
1. When there's more than one translator added in WPML >> Translation Management >> Translators tab. This allows you to assign translations to any available translator.
2. If you're logged in with an account not listed as a translator in WPML >> Translation Management >> Translators tab.
To translate items from translation basket, please follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML >> Translation Management page
2. Click on the “Translation Basket” tab.
3. Choose a translator.
4. Press the “Send all items for translation” button.
5. Go to the WPML >> Translations page and press the “Translate” button to translate it using WPML Translation Editor.
If you are logged in with an account that is added as a translator with a correct language pairs and there is no other translator added then, it will display the “Translate” button on WPML >> String Translation page and assign the translation directly to the translator and you should be able to translate it directly from WPML >> Translations page by pressing the “Translate” button.
