This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
How to automatically redirect users to the corresponding language page based on their IP address.
Solution:
We do not provide IP-based redirection within WPML. However, we recommend using a Geotargeting plugin that is compatible with WPML. You can find a list of such plugins here: Geotargeting plugins compatible with WPML.

Additionally, WPML offers a feature for automatic redirection based on the browser language, which you might find useful. For more information on setting this up, please visit: Automatic redirect based on browser language.

If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please feel free to open a new support ticket with us.

Hello,

Please take note that WPML does not offer any redirection by user IP.

You will have to look for a Geotargeting plugin that works with WPML:
https://wpml.org/plugin-functionality/geotargeting/

WPML has a feature that allows automatic redirect by browser language:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/automatic-redirect-based-on-browser-language/

Best regards
Andreas
