Hello, I sent the home page of my website - hidden link - to SmartCat for translation English > Spanish. After translating it and marking the project as "complete" on SmartCat, I couldn't export it to WPML. I sent the content to translation 3 times to check if it was a mistake from my side but the problem still persists. I could import back the content from SmartCat into WPML of another page of my website by following the same process though. Also, I can't cancel that job on WPML dashboard to start the process again. I contacted support yesterday and your colleague told me that the job needed to be deleted from SmartCat firs. Only then it will only be deleted from WPML "jobs" tab as well. I deleted the project on SmartCat, but it didn't disappear from WPML dashboard. The job shows as "In progress - Needs update". Could you please tell me what's the problem and why I can't cancel the job if I already deleted the project on SmartCat? Thanks in advance.  |
