[Resolved] my header and footer do not translate at all!
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to see the translated strings in the header and only part of the footer menu was translated on their multilingual website. Solution: We found that the menus were not translated. We recommend translating the menu items via WPML -> String Translation. For detailed guidance, please refer to this documentation. For specific areas: - Footer menu translation can be accessed here. - Header menu translation can be accessed here. Additionally, the Privacy Policy URL and specific strings like "توصيل منتجاتك إلى العملاء بكفاءة" can be translated using the String Translation tool in WPML.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the global headers and footers on my website. Everything was translated except the header strings, even though I translated the strings of the header accordingly. The footer only translated some of it, not all of the menu. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
The header and footer do not translate at all. I expected to see all of it translated, but instead, I got missing translation.
Questions:
Why are the header strings not translating even after translating them accordingly?
Why is only part of the footer menu translated and not all of it?

Please go to WPML-> String Translation and search for the header/footer strings to translate them.
If you couldn't find them, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found that the menus were not translated, so I translated them. Kindly check this guide to know more about menu translation.
You can translate the menu items via WPML-> String Translation.
thanks a lot in the arabic page the footer menu of privacy poilicy is redirecting to the english version instead of the arabic version the other menu buttons work fine!
And also please check the attached screen as you can see the arabic text in this section is not right aligned and whenver i try to edit it from the builder it freezes and it does not let me highlight and give it a right alignment. I need it to be on the right side like the rest of the text on that page.
one more issue is with the media not translating you will find it translating to the arabic version of the image on mobile but on desktop not all media are translated to the arabic versions that i have uploaded in the translator and plenty of times tried editing from avada builder. so im really confused what is the issue here..
As for the last issue which is the media translation i managed to edit it again from the avada builder on the arabic page and it worked. the previous issues are still not resolved.
