I have now purchased the WPML CMS package,. and installed it to peterheylands.com

However there are still problems:  product pages not being found in their translated version.

For instance:

-> this is the English page, displaying the product all correct

BUT: when i go to the Dutch version (via language selected in the header > Nederlands I get this page not found:

Same issue with other languages.

HOWEVER:

In the back-end, the translated version of this product does exist (see screenshots attached)?

PLEASE: what is wrong? Why does this error exist? How can this be fixed?

Hello,
the issue you are having might have to do with slug mismatch. all your product slugs mu agree, please see m examples attached

Do you recall any changes on your site related to this?
Or did you change the primary language of your site?
I'm trying to understand why these slugs don't match on your page.

You can try to resave your permalinks or open a ticket on our support forum and provide the screenshots from all the places I shared on my screenshots.

Can someone at WPML log in to the WP-admin, and solve this? Really, we should not even have to spend so much time on this error that obviously is a usability issue of WPML.... PLEASE FIX THIS

Hi Jelle,
Sorry for the late reply due to the higher queue during the weekend.

1) Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, then click the following:

- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

❌ Please make sure that you have a full database and website backup before trying the above ❌

2) If that didn't help and you still see the same issue, please provide me with temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) so I can investigate this issue further.
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
