the issue you are having might have to do with slug mismatch. all your product slugs mu agree, please see m examples attached

I'm trying to understand why these slugs don't match on your page.
You can try to resave your permalinks or open a ticket on our support forum and provide the screenshots from all the places I shared on my screenshots.

Can someone at WPML log in to the WP-admin, and solve this? Really, we should not even have to spend so much time on this error that obviously is a usability issue of WPML.... PLEASE FIX THIS

Sorry for the late reply due to the higher queue during the weekend.
1) Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, then click the following:
- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

2) If that didn't help and you still see the same issue, please provide me with temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) so I can investigate this issue further.
