To be able to debug the problem, I'd like to replicate your site locally. You'll need to install the "Duplicator" plugin on your site temporarily.
This will allow you to create a copy of your site and your content. You can provide me with the snapshot following these instructions. (hidden link)
Please send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded if you already know how Duplicator works.
#Important:
As the snapshot file will be quite big, you can exclude the images if the file is very big. You can use the filters to exclude the uploads file and also use the filter to exclude any compressed files with these extensions .rar, .gz, and .zip )
I will set the next reply as a private reply so you can provide a link to download the duplicator package.
Thanks for the package. I've installed a local copy and was able to fix the issue by the following steps:
1- Deactivate all of your plugins except WPML CMS
2- Go to WPML-> Translation Management
3- If you see a blue banner, please click on "I moved my site" and save
4- If you can see the page correctly, please activate your plugin
5- Check the translation management page again
