Hi All, one team member has problems with the 2 Factor Authentication process while logging in.

User is: Monika.Kostrzynska@pozena.com

She gets confusing messages about "too many redirections" and "token invalid". She cleared cookies already. She also tried to log on from an incognito browser session.

The system records a successful login for her (you will note one today) but this is not true, she did not get in at all.

Please delete this profile and I'll set it up from scratch?

Thanks for contacting our support forum.

I've reset the 2FA authentication for the mentioned account, you have to re-scan the QR code now and enable the 2FA.

Please try it now and let me know how it goes.
