This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translated pages on their site where elements displayed with ACF fields, particularly images, are not showing. Instead of the image URL, the image ID number is displayed, and there is an error message regarding the wp-content/language folder not being writable on the site's dashboard.
Solution:
1. We recommend increasing the WP Memory Limit by following the procedure outlined in our documentation: How to increase your site's memory limit.
2. The error message indicates that the folder

wp-content/languages

is not writable. The client should check with their hosting provider to confirm this and change permissions if necessary. Without proper permissions, WPML may not function correctly.
3. It is essential to use Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual to ensure ACF fields translate correctly. We advise installing it and following our documentation: Translate sites built with ACF.

Our issue is that on the translated pages of our site, the elements that would be displayed with ACF fields are not showing. Anything that would be displayed with the_field doesn't show on translated pages especially when it comes to images, in places where images should be i see the broken image icon and when I inspect it instead of the image url it shows the image ID number. Please assist. I also included a screenshot of i error message i get in the dashboard

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

1. Your WP Memory Limit is too low. Please increase it following this procedure https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-can-i-increase-my-sites-memory-limit

2. The error pretty clearly says the folder wp-content/languages is not writable. You should check with your hosting if that's really the case and if so, to change permissions. If it's not possible to change permission then WPML won't work properly

3. You're not using Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual. ACF fields won't translate without it.
Please install it and follow our documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/

Thanks for assistance in resolving the issue with the ACF fields. However i'm still having issues with getting that error message regarding the string translation. Our infrastructure team granted permissions but i still see the message. I've also increased the memory to the require 128M. But I still seem to still be having this issue.
