I want the langues to be visable but not clickable for all users.

ps. Are 22 hours normal waitingtime for support ?

Hi,

1) What user roles do you want to prevent them from clicking the language icons?

These icons work for Admin, Translators, and Translation Managers by default. If you want to prevent those user roles, you can use a custom code for this or a user role plugin to give privileges to specific users.

2) The reply time depends on the workload (New tickets) in our queue, we try our best to be fast, but sometimes we have a high workload.

Hi,

1) When I give plugin/theme support agents admin access I want to make sure they don't open from page list since that gives problems for translation.

2) Some times I get chat support from WPML, can I chose chat but not ticket ?

3) I still have problem with layout [image] hidden link

Hi,

1) In this case, you might need to use one of the user roles/permissions plugins to remove the translation capabilities from these admin accounts to the supporters.

2) Sure, you can open a chat if chat supporters are available. Please go to the support page and click "I want to chat with a supporter". (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

3) In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket, so may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for your additional question?

Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Yes, you can open multiple tickets if each ticket has a different issue.
