I tried translating my first page. when i click on the BG translation, the page is radically different in terms of formant from my EN page.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I don't know.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
-this is my original 404 page-

-here is what happens after i click "translate" and the new page comes:

Small update - i went into my wordpress editor/etc., went to the page and edited/updated it, and then it sort of got into the correct format, but without the top menu navigation (main menu). Do i have to transate the menu separately? now the 404 page (i started with the 404 page just as it was the easiest to test) is almost the same as the EN version, but just without the menu. I'll submit an image of what it looked liek before i manually updated the page. it was reverting to a non-formated sort of template from my paid template.

Oook, i'm guessing i can't get the menu translated until all the pages are translated? That's why the menu doens't appear on the 404 page of the bg directory?

Hello,

thanks for your patience.

Yes, that is correct you need to first translate all of the pages, then you can create 2nd language menu manually or automatically from Appearance → Menus page.

Please check next:

Let me know if you have any further doubts or questions.

Drazen

Hello,

thanks for getting back.. I am not sure if you still have issue with menu, and since we limit 1 issue per ticket for your 2nd issue I have opened new ticket to keep things clear and easier to follow. I will update you there.
