Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

I don't know if you have a different menu created in the backend specifically for the mobile menu position but if you have a separate menu for the mobile menu area, you can use the steps from here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/#separate-sections-for-different-kinds-of-language-switchers

Depending on how the theme is working or if the mobile menu was created custom, you will need to manually add the language switcher to a custom section as shown below:

After this, you need to apply some css in order to make it identical to the demo.

I also recommend that you take a look at some existing tickets on the same topic that people might be using.
