Background of the issue:
I have translated my online shop into other languages. After the translation, I noticed that not all pages are displaying correctly. The issue can be seen on the home page in German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian where some elements are missing. The same issue occurs in the 'contact' section. Additionally, I created language versions for the privacy policy and shop terms and conditions, but they are not visible inside the 'pages' section in WordPress. The links to the terms and conditions in the footer do not work. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
Some elements are missing on translated pages in German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian. Language versions for privacy policy and shop terms and conditions are not visible in the 'pages' section. Links to terms and conditions in the footer do not work.

Questions:
Why are some elements missing on the translated pages?
Why are the language versions for privacy policy and shop terms and conditions not visible in the 'pages' section?
Why do the links to the terms and conditions in the footer not work?

Hi Bigul,

thanks for your quick reply, but unfortunately the suggested solutions do not explain my problem. I have already followed the instructions for the translation of Beaver Builder elements and the Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder plugin, and some languages (e.g. English and French) display correctly. The problem is with specific language versions (German, Italian, Spanish and Russian), where some elements are missing from the homepage (and the ‘Contact Us’ section).

In addition, I have translated the privacy policy and shop rules page, but these translations do not appear in the ‘Pages’ section of WordPress, and the links in the footer lead to non-existent pages.

Could you please check directly on krosagro.com to see what these language versions and the ‘Contact Us’ section look like? It looks like it's not a question of translation configuration, but some kind of bug - especially since partially other translations work flawlessly. I would appreciate any further advice.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates and login information. This appears to be a compatibility issue, so further testing is needed. We would also like to confirm whether the bug exists in the latest versions of the plugins.

Please take a full site backup (mandatory) and update all plugins to their latest versions, including Advanced Custom Fields PRO, Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version), Beaver Themer, and Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder. Refer to the attached images for more details.

After the update, clear all caches and check if the issue persists.

If the problem remains, please allow me to make minor changes to the site (such as changing the profile language and updating posts) to help track the issue.
