It's been 24 hours since wpml continues to automatically translate all the products and pages, it's still not finished, according to a filter I made, and I get 81 products. I don't know how long I will have to defend it as a procedure. You have activated the automatic translation, which has ruined a lot of work for us, since the automatic translation is not correct for most of the products and we have corrected them by setting the correct names. Now we have to recheck all the products for accuracy and translation, and for us it is work and a lot of cost. Also, the other problem is that even after 1 month, the program restores the translation that it does itself, not the exact words that I have set. And where is the guarantee that it will not apply to me once again after I correct it? We can't always do the same job, it's absurd

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Can you please let me know how did you adjust the incorrect translation of the automatic translation? Did you use Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) to do that? Please share some screenshots of the issue if you can replicate it.

Let me explain this case:

- If you edit the translation on your site by switching the language to English and updating the incorrect words, of course, the change will be overridden when the product has some changes in the original language and get updates from automatic translation.
Because the translation words are saved in our server and pushed to your site after completing the translation in ATE.

- If you edit the translation in ATE but the changes are still lost, it is possible that the changes are not saved to the translation memory and it will be overridden the next time automatic translation runs. After making changes, you can try to click on "Save to translation memory" and see if it helps. Please check this screenshot hidden link

The automatic translation continues and there are still 84 products without translation, it has been more than 2 days that they are not translated anymore. When I raised as a problem before the part that does not save the translation and I was not given a correct answer.

When I add a new page, it doesn't automatically receive the translation. I created several pages with the name "testim" and 2 got it, and 1 didn't get the translation. I don't understand...when I publish it, why the pencil icon that means editing doesn't appear, but the setting icon does. Some do the translation automatically, some have to go to the advanced translation. What is the shortest, fastest and most accurate way to do the translation?

Do I have to recheck all products for the translation that the software has made? it's impossible, it's a colossal job... is there any method for you to update some terms automatically with replace

In this ticket, please focus on the issue with the content is replaced automatically after you adjust it manually.

It would be better if you can review all automatic translation content on your site. If the automatic translation does not translate the content to the second language in a true tone, you can adjust the translation on your own. You can select the option "Publish right away but mark as not reviewed so I can take a look later" in WPML > Settings > Automatic translation, to review the content later.

Can you please let me know which product you adjust the content in ATE but it is still translated and replaced by automatic translation? Please give me an exact product with the content so I can check on my end or ask our developer about that.
I'm asking our developer if they can update some terms in the translation memory and update you here when I have some information.

Could you please explain this process to me a little:

Translation memory up-to-date, must be done for every record that has a product or when all the translations of the record are finished, press and receive the command for all records.
Method 1: So if 1 page has several lines of text, I translate it all, press Done, then I have to press Translation memory up-to-date and complete

Method 2:
So translate the first line, click Done & Automatic Translation Memory, then translate the second line, done and finally click Automatic memory translation.
Which method should I follow, the first or the second?

There is one method to translate the content in ATE:
The text "Translation memory up-to-date" is just a notice message, it is not clickable. You just need to translate the segments and click on the green checkmark icon and click on Completed. All translations should save to the memory.

After completing the translation in ATE if you see there is an issue with the memory, you can try to translate the content again and click on the button "Save to translation memory" before clicking on the button Complete.

The translation memory will search for matching segments in the memory, no matter how it is saved with automatic translation or manual translation.

Also, please notice that, if you make a small change to the product title like a dot, a space ... the translation memory will not work because it requires perfect matches to apply saved translations. That's why I'm tired of WPML, because it's the third time I have to retranslate the whole page because of your incorrect program. Because I had modified all the products by giving them good and complete and after a short period they are returned with the translation of the program, because your program takes them as unknown words and goes and retranslates them with the database it has. You understand that it is very expensive for me to retranslate the page for the 3rd time.... it is not normal... I actually subscribed but I am ready to spend again with another plugin because the working time is the most expensive than $70.

I have retranslated them as you say, I have systematized the page when after 1 month when I open it, the incorrect words are returned. Or sometimes he translates and sometimes he doesn't translate the same word. For example, the word "DOREZE" is sometimes translated as handle, while some products have left the word "DOREZE".

I have sent you 3 photos, all the products that are in the photo have been retranslated before and they were correct, you have activated the automatic translation and they have returned to their original state... who guarantees me that if I retranslate them they will not be returned again . Believe me, it's a very high cost because we can't spend every month browsing the web for things we've closed.

Since I translated the web before, why did it return to its original state?

Who is the guarantee that the products will not be retranslated from your program after I retranslate for the third time? Who pays me this cost?

My dynamic IP is changed so I'm not able to login to your site admin area to check the issue. Can you please turn off the restriction for a while?

I also test to translate some product titles from Albanian to English language with the Google translation engine on my demo site but do not see that issue, please check this screenshot hidden link

I suggest you can try to use one translation engine, such as Google and turn other engines off by going to WPML > Settings > Automatic translation section.
Or use the Glossary in WPML > Translation Management > Tools, to apply the translation for a/some specific words without using the translation from automatic translation.
and observe this issue again.

I'm sorry about that, I understand your situation but I'm not able to replicate the issue with clear steps on my demo site to report it to the development team.

For now, I can suggest some ideas to prevent this happens again as I mentioned above. It could be a temporary issue at a specific time so I hope it will not happen again. If it persists, I will ask my colleague if there is a way to compensate for the used credits in this case.
