I am trying to: Access the english pages of my website. As soon as I try to see the english translated versions they are all not properly configured.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link, hidden link, hidden link. The fonts are not working properly anymore and also other styles are not inherited. We use the Enfold theme and everything is set up correctly on that end.

The last time I got support from you, I had to click a lot of reset buttons, so maybe that's where something went wrong.

Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

I assume you are adding and setting these fonts via theme options or? If so, you need to set the same settings for 2nd language theme options.

Please check next: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/enfold/#setting-theme-options-per-language

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen

Hi Drazen,

The problem is not only with the font. If you would go to the website and switch between the english and the dutch translation, you can see that the english page gives an error 404. Please see the following screenrecord for further reference: hidden link

I appears that the navigation and the style to it is a bit lost and it needs some reconfiguration.

The issue has quite some urgency as this as it also affects the Dutch lanuage design.

Kind regards,
Joost

Hello,

We limit 1 issue per 1 ticket, to keep things clear and easy to follow. I have opened a new ticket for your new issue:

As for Dutch design and etc, it seems that is your default language so you should follow standard theme / WP directions and set that language as you wish and need, then translate same options to 2nd language (menu, template, theme options, page) following our guide.

As for your original reported issue (font issue), let me know how it goes and if you still have a problem.

Regards,
Drazen
