[Resolved] Unable to translate items and URLs not dynamically updating
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are developing a site and have translated most of it using the WPML plugin. However, you are unable to translate Formidable forms plugin placeholder fields on inputs, and URLs for buttons added via the block widgets page are not updating correctly when switching languages. Solution: If you're experiencing issues with translating placeholder fields in Formidable forms, we recommend making some minor changes to the form itself. After these adjustments, the placeholders should become available for translation under Formidable > Forms > Settings > Translate form.

Once you install the Formidable Multilingual Add-On (based on the debug info provided, it looks like you have it installed, though I can’t confirm if it’s active), you should be able to translate forms through the following page: How to Translate Formidable Forms with WPML.
thanks for the info. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Are you seeing the same issues as we are on the staging site? For example:
(1) Switch the language to Chinese and hover over any of the main menu items (on Desktop). You will see three buttons on the right side of the mega menu. The last button should link to the contact us page of the selected language - but it always links to the English version.
These buttons are setup via block widgets in /wp-admin/widgets.php
(2) The Formidable placeholder values are not translated (or available to translate) -> hidden link

yes, but let's focus first on the Formidable placeholders. Once this is solved, we can split the ticket and check it separately, or you can open a new ticket.
For some reason, the placeholders were not available in the Formidable translation interface. After modifying the form with some minor changes, they are now available in Formidable > Forms > Settings > Translate form.
