After checking the issue on your site and error log, I see that:
- No error message related to WPML.
For now, I do not see that issue, here is the screen record hidden link
If it still occurs on your site, I suggest deactivating WPML on both sites and checking this issue again.

I haven't done anything to the wordpress core yet.
The problems doesn't exist when your plugins are deactivated.
Here is the error log from woocommerce again when testing this problem:

Both of my sites are in multisite environment and the shopping cart and checkout page are connected with WP Global Cart plugin.

I see the issue occurs when adding this product to the carthidden link

It could be a compatibility issue between WPML and WP Global Cart. This plugin is not available in our list of compatible plugins, which you can check here https://wpml.org/plugin/ .https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/
Meanwhile, please help us to replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress. You can find the site credentials in the next private reply.
- Don’t restore your site there.
This will help us to report the issue to the compatibility team and solve the problem faster.

I'm not sure if the database collation utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci will help in this compatibility issue as you said above.https://wpml.org/forums/topic/uncaught-error-attempt-to-assign-property-object_id-on-bool-in/#post-14796369
But you can try to set all the collation to one type by using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-collation-fix/

I read from here that I could bulk edit these collations, but I am still trying to figure out where I can make these changes and is this even a smart thing to do:hidden link
In my phpMyAdmin I have alot of these tables and it will take some time to change the collation types from there one by one.

You can also contact your hosting support to change the collation of all tables. Let me know if it fixes the compatibility in this case. If not, please help me to replicate the issue on the test site that I shared above.

Yes this is something that I could do, but they charge 125€ from every starting hour for the job. It should be a short job, but never know. It is a possibility that they could send me a 10 hour invoice of the job. 😀
I asked my brother to look at that problem and he will come look at it when he has time, he is a really good coder.
