This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client accidentally added an extra language to their WPML translation setup, used all the translation credits, and then removed the extra language. Now, the site is not fully translated into English, and the client is out of credits.
Solution:
We explained that unfortunately, we cannot refund translation credits that have already been used, as detailed in our documentation: Refunds for Automatic Translation Credits.
We recommended activating the pay-as-you-go subscription, which offers the lowest cost per word and includes 2000 free credits. Additional usage is billed the following month. Details on this subscription and pricing can be found here:

Background of the issue:
I am trying to rerun the translation for my site hidden link. By accident, I selected a language too much, and now the site is not completely translated into English.

Symptoms:
The site is not completely translated into English.

Questions:
Any change to rerun the translation?
Is there anything you can do for me?

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

I am not sure that I fully understand the question.

Can you please let us know what exactly was done on the site and what do you mean by " selected a language too much"?

We will be waiting for your response.

Sorry.

Apparently, I installed 3 languages instead of 2. After the translations, I removed the third language, but now I seem to have no credits left. As a result, the English translation is not completely finished. How can I solve this?

Hi Jolanda and thank you for the quick update.

Now I understand things better.

I think you mean that you used all the credits and you were wondering if there's any way we can get it back.

If I am correct and if you are referring to a refund for the credits, unfortunately, we are not able to refund translation credits that have been used already.

We also mention this in our documentation here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#refunds-for-automatic-translation-credits

We also pay for these credits so once they are used, we have already sent our payment to the translation engine service.

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section in the URL below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

What you can do going forward is that you can activate the pay-as-you-go subscription which is the best option available with the lowest cost per word.

You can find more about it here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

And more about how to activate it, here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/

I hope that you will find this answer helpful.

Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing here.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Ok it is what it is.

So i need to buy credit and then in translation management i can translate the pages. Is that correct?

Hi there.

The way pay as you go works is that you activate the subscription, you have 2000 credits available for free and everything that goes over that will be charged next month for what you used this month.

The pricing tiers can also be found on the pricing link I shared above.

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
