This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has assigned the credits to the site but it was not showing.

Solution:
Deleting the existing site key and registering WPML with a new key solved the issue.

I have added the credit to the account and assigned that to site but that is not reflecting to the site.
