Because response time here is very very very slow, I decided to just duplicate the product, then translate the duplication in hopes that would be a work around. That did NOT work.
The duplicate product (Kennerton Rognir MK2 (Copy)) has the same issue, an English version is not created when the ATE finishes the process at 100%. I have no solution. and for some reason ATE took a very long time to load for it.
As of now I want to report again - the issue remains!
The issue was not solved - we still require support. We cannot translate "Kennerton Rognir MK2" nor it's duplicate "Kennerton Rognir MK2 Headphones Kennerton Rognir MK2 (Copy)".
What I learned:
1. The original Kennerton Rognir MK2 cannot be salvaged, it cannot be translated, it was broken for WPML.
2. There is a new issue now - communication with your servers is extremely slow, the ATE takes a super long time to load the content and it even says so itself that this is taking longer than expected.
3. The translated products do no appear immediately like before, now it takes 2-3 minutes for the English version to appear, before it was instantaneous.
So I duplicated the product, trashed the original, translated the duplicate which was renamed as the original. ATE took a very very long time to load again. Then I waited for the English version to appear, it took a very long time, but here it is: hidden link
Please split another ticket from this ticket about the new issue - ATE is slow, and translated version appear after a long time. I think this is a result of something you did today, as everything worked without a second of waiting time before, it was smooth with not a moment of delay. This is a new issue now.
So I did manage to somehow get what I wanted - the Kennerton Rognir MK2 translated into English.

Hello,
I checked on my end about the communication with the server and they told me they were upgrading the servers and that's why it was slow.
I took something for granted before which is important here and for that I deeply apologized (I only left it in the video): You can't just click the translate icon and that's it because the reference to our server those already started translations have are actually wrong.
In order to translate them correctly either do as I did in the video (add a small change to the product, save, try to translate now) or even better, send them to translate from WPML > Translation Dashboard.
What this does is that it will send a request to our servers using the CORRECT secure information so it will be able to not just open but be sent from the server to your site and return correctly, just as I did in the video. I know you translated the product but I just wanted to give you the exact instructions for the next products (already created ones, this won't be needed for new products).
Want me to try that for you and check all the issues you had? let's do that before splitting the ticket because it's likely this happened indeed because of the server situation that should be done now.
