This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with automatic translation on their website. The default language is Danish, but the English version is showing even when in the default language mode. URLs are not translated correctly, and the admin panel is not translating as expected. The client is concerned about losing more translation credits if they attempt to re-translate.

Solution:
1. We asked the client to provide us with their debug information to better understand the issue. The debug information can be provided by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

2. We requested more specific details about the issue, including the pages where the issue is visible.

3. We advised the client that they can change the admin language in their profile by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/setting-the-wordpress-administration-language/.

4. We suggested that the client checks if the products were translated correctly or if they were created in the wrong language. It is possible to change the language of a product, and they can find the steps to do this here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.

Hi, We need support, We did automatic translation on our site but it didn't work properly, it has made some things worse, our default language is Danish, it is now showing English version to even when you are in Default language mood.

Urls are also not properly translated, admin panel is also not translating.

We need support as if we do automatic translation once more, we will loose more connects which are paid.

Please get back to us ASAP!

Thanks

As you can see in image, our admin panel is showing both danish and english version, although we translated all our products, we don't want to lose more connects. Also there seems no way to see all admin in only danish or all admin in only english

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. However, I am unable to identify the issue. Could you please provide more details?

You can change the admin language in your profile. Please have a look here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/setting-the-wordpress-administration-language/

Thank you for clarifying. Were they translated? Maybe they were created in the wrong language? It's possible to change the language of the product. Check step 2 here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/
