This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with automatic translation on their website. The default language is Danish, but the English version is showing even when in the default language mode. URLs are not translated correctly, and the admin panel is not translating as expected. The client is concerned about losing more translation credits if they attempt to re-translate.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to provide us with their debug information to better understand the issue. The debug information can be provided by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
2. We requested more specific details about the issue, including the pages where the issue is visible.
3. We advised the client that they can change the admin language in their profile by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/setting-the-wordpress-administration-language/.
4. We suggested that the client checks if the products were translated correctly or if they were created in the wrong language. It is possible to change the language of a product, and they can find the steps to do this here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/.
If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.
