Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

That's strange. I do not see that issue on your recent staging site orbiscorpordev. Can you please recheck the issue on the staging site?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

I do not see the issue with automatic translation on your dev site, here are some screenshots:

- WPML > Translation Management: hidden link

- WPML > Languages > Site languages > Edit languages: hidden link

You can try to go to WPML > Settings > Automatic translation section > Enable Google engine and move it to the top > Save changes and try to translate the product FP60 again and see how it goes.

If it still does not work on your live site, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your live site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can use this plugin to create the backup:

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

I'm not able to access the admin area on your site, can you please recheck the provided user role? Or is there a limitation to access the admin area?
Please see this screenshot hidden link

I noticed in your screenshot you have it set to overwrite translations that are already in place. Just to clarify we only want the automatic translation to apply to the product option ACF. The rest of the product pages already have manually entered translations.

The automatic translation will translate all new content that is not saved to the translation memory, not only the custom field value of ACF. Please read more about translation memory here https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/

If you translated the content on the page manually in Advanced Translation Editor, that means those segments are saved to the translation memory and will not be translated again by Automatic Translation and charged for credits.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

Using Automatic Translation means you are using the Advanced Translation Editor. It's not possible to use automatic translation to translate the field value only, it will translate the content made with WordPress editor also, as I already said above:

"The automatic translation will translate all new content that is not saved to the translation memory, not only the custom field value of ACF."

So if you want to use the WordPress editor, please translate the field value manually or translate all content automatically with Automatic Translation.

Please read more in the following documentation
https://wpml.org/faq/why-arent-my-translations-showing/
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
