Cannot reload credits to the site

Problem:
not sure why I can't add credits

Solution:
create a new sitekey and remove the old sitekey

mendixW	I am trying to use Pre-paid credits on my main site (hidden link). But it is not listed here: https://wpml.org/account/. My site is already registered here: https://wpml.org/account/sites/ so I am not sure why I can't add credits to it.

We've checked your account and we could see the missing domain on your WPML account dashboard. Kindly create a new sitekey and remove the old sitekey. Then, check your WPML account dashboard and see if it shows up. Let me know how it goes.
