I had opted for on-demand translation for my entire site. I translated everything automatically, and since then I haven't added any new content. The translation is already done, and even if I delete it and add it again, I shouldn't be charged extra. However, I was charged an additional 100 euros. I don't understand. As you can see in this screenshot, it's clearly marked. Hi Tamimir, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. After checking on our server, I see some points and let me explain your case: - Your site is created on June 29, and has some extra prepaid credits (90k) after purchasing the Multilingual CMS license. - You translate content on your site with those prepaid credits, but it's not enough to translate all content on your site (around 195k words). You can calculate the needed credits to translate all content here https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#how-automatic-translation-works - On July 05, you activate subscription Pay As You Go and translate everything automatically. Then an invoice was created on July 05 when you reach the limit of $100 and need to pay before using more credits. Now, if you think you were charged extra, please try to create a new page/post that has the same content on a post that is translated completely > publish and see if you are charged for that content. We can handle one issue per ticket only so I will split your second issue into a new ticket for better handling. Look forward to your reply. |
