Hello, we have already installed and configured the WPML and Redis on the given sandbox hidden link. Though we can't activate the Redis since we don't have access to the server, is this sufficient? |

Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. Sorry, I do not have permission to enable the Redis cache in the sandbox site. Instead, I've set up a staging site in Cloudways, enable Redis cache and plugin Redis Object Cache with WPML already. You can find the info in my next reply (private) and login to the staging site then test the issue there. If the issue still happens, please let me know the steps you are done. Look forward to your reply. |

Hello, sorry for the late revert. We will be able to provide you with the same settings configuration on the new WP you provided however, we are not sure if the issue would pop up automatically since on the other WP provided by the previous support, it took us some time to replicate the issue. We'll let you know once the set-up is done. |

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I also do not see that issue on my side and the translation is delivered completely so we can confirm it's not a conflicting issue between WPML and Redis Object Cache in a clean install. On your site, you can enable a minimal environment as below and see if it helps. If not, I recommend contacting your hosting support to monitor the issue if there is anything wrong while the translation is delivering to your site. Look forward to your reply. |

Hello, Our concern is that we can't be able to deactivate all the plugins now since we are nearing to our launch date and we can't also switch to a standard theme as this will trash all our efforts since we are using Gutenberg. We have experienced two major issues so far in WPML: For awhile we are doing this in order for projects to be done however just recently we have another one: 2. Translations on some of our pages went completely missing but the existing content we placed can be seen when you visit the website, it went missing on the WPML itself. Even the forms we embed got missing so what we are doing now is we are currently placing again the translations. For this matter, we also investigated and saw that our WP Limit is set at 40M which we revised into 256M already. So for the issue #2, we're not sure if this is because of WP Limit or it's related to our #1 issue? My priority right now is for Issue #2 to not happen again since we need to input translations again and again and might postpone our release. Since currently my plan is to release the site first, and then after provide you an access with our pre-production to see and investigate the Redis Cache Issue. And I can only do this if we won't experience Issue #2. Thank you |

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Let's start with increasing the WP memory limit and you can try to deactivate Redis Object Cache or disable caching when you translate posts. There is one note that, if you use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), the translation is saved to the translation memory and you can try to translate the post again without losing the translation made. Please read more on the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/ After your site is released and works properly, please set up a staging site where the issue is replicated and share the credentials, we can try to find the issue there. Look forward to your reply. |

Hello, We have done increasing the memory limit however we are still experiencing issues with missing translations. Currently, we experience it on the form's pages. The step we take is Test Form > Form won't push through > we check the translation wpml > we will find out all translations went missing which was in there in the first place and even though the page has been translated from the front end, the translation is still missing. Do you know why this is happening? Thank you for sharing the note from copying the website, right now, we might have a clue because of this since we copied the website last December to create a pre-production and we believe from there the issue of missing translations happened. I think the team who did this didn't follow the step of registering it first not until January. Can you help me or guide me how we can resolve this if this is the case or at least how we would know if this is the root cause? Is there a way we can speak with the support through video call since it's hard for us to demo the website 🙁 |

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. Can you please share some screenshots of the issue on your site? And let me know which site copy site is copied or moved to the current site. Also kindly confirm that the issue does not happen when disabling Redis cache on your site. And I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ Please note that the translation memory can be shared with other sites that use the same automatic translation account. If you do not use the automatic translation, the translation memory might not be shared. Look forward to your reply. |

To add also on the private message I have sent, the team continued investigating the redirection of page to categories and found an issue with WPML: New threads created by Long Nguyen and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-continuation-of-redis-object-cache-problem/ https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-continuation-of-redis-object-cache-problem-2/ |

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. As I understand, those issues are not related to the main issue of this ticket "Continuation of Redis Object Cache problem", so I recommend creating other tickets if you have other issues. I can help you to split this ticket into a new one. Thanks. |
