I still have this issue in the front end editor. when I try to edit the text from the front end the editor lose all the icons. From the back end instead the text module works well.
Please can you give a look?

Are you still having this if you temporarily turn off WPML plugin?

If yes, could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.6 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed. You can use a plugin for this if you like (example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/)

Let us know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Hi Andrey, thanks for the feedback. This issue with he editor happens only using the second website language, so if I turn off WPML I can't reach the pages in this other language.
The plugins are well updated. I did already a test deactivating all the other plugs and changing the template as well. We are using a script to apply a special font to that second language. Nothing else special to notify. Using DIVI with license, I spoke with them already and from their side nothing to say. Seems like something happening within WPML.
Would you be keep to put one eye in the back end? I can give you access to a staging area...
It is very important to fix because I am training people with no clue about WP back end hence using the front end visual editor is the best way.

Thank you for your feedback. What are the results if you temporarily remove the script that applies a special font to that second language? If this resolves the problem, then you need to work on your script to make it compatible with WPML.

If this is still the issue, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Thank you for the information. Once I commented out your script, the issue was resolved. It's possible the font doesn't support the glyphs.

Thanks a lot, it is odd because we use it without issue on other website with same combo, but for sure I will try to change font or I will try to manage the font through the specific Divi text modules.
