This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to use the 'copy code' button to transfer translation credits between their sites on Clerver.ch. They also faced issues with employing credits for translations, receiving messages to add more credits despite having them.
Solution:
We instructed the client to check the Automatic Translation ID via the WPML > Support > Troubleshooting section on their old.clerver.ch site. After identifying the available credits across different sites, we consolidated all credits to the client's current site. We provided a link to the documentation on how to assign automatic translation credits to sites: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/. Finally, we confirmed the successful transfer and visibility of credits on the client's current site.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to export my translation credits to Clerver.ch. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The button to obtain the code for transferring credits shows 'copied' but nothing is actually copied. It's impossible to retrieve the credits. Changing the link from Immo.clerver.ch to old.clerver.ch does not resolve the issue.

Questions:
Why doesn't the 'copy code' button work?
Can you manually transfer all the credits to Clerver.ch?

Hi there.

Can you go on old.clerver.ch in the backend and then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > and let me know the Automatic Translation ID for that site?

So, for the moment, I can see that on this site you have 50242 credits available.

On your WPML.org account, you still have left: 2404 credits.

On this domain (Immo.clerver.ch), you had a total of 21042 credits that were added and used completely.

So, can you please try to elaborate a bit more on this: what is the website that you are currently working on and how many credits do you see assigned to it at the moment?

I can also move the 50242 credits back to your WPML.org account and from there, you can just follow the steps here (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/) and assign them to whatever site you want if that would make things even faster and easier for you.

Just let me know how to proceed.

Hello Mihai Apetrei,

I cannot employ the credits on Clerver.ch ! I don't know why but once I try to translate I have a message I have to add more credit by payment or bringing by another website.

I think there is an error somewhere 😀
Please can you check why I cannot employ my credits?

You can erase all credits on Immo.clerver.ch or old.clerver.ch because I don't need it anymore and put everything on Clerver.ch, I'll need it.

I let you go inside Clerver.ch to check. It seems easier.
