Hi. My website is currently in two languages - Norwegian (default) and Swedish is the second. I am trying to translate footer menu for the Swedish translated site, but I can't seem to find a way how to remove certain things from it and translate custom made texts that I added via WordPress customizer. I can only see the option sync menu, but it seems like it doesn't let you choose what content to translate for the Swedish site.

I hope you can help.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly.

It seems that you want to manually edit your translated menu. No need to search any further, just follow this document https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually, and you should be able to accomplish that.

Hope that helps 🙂
