Background of the issue:
I am trying to use geolocalization on my website hidden link. I am currently in Italy and want the website to display the appropriate language based on my location.

Symptoms:
Geolocalization doesn't work on my website. I am in Italy but still see the English version of the website.

Questions:
Why is geolocalization not working on my website?
How can I ensure the website displays the correct language based on location?

Hi,

It seems that the chat is disconnected. I turned the chat into a ticket.

Please follow the steps below to see if the problem goes away or not:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
* Woocommerce
* Woocommerce Multilingual
* WPML Multilingual CMS
* WPML String Translatino
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.
