Hello I have seen this ticket
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-translate-portfolio-filter-gallery-premium/ but the thing is the settings on my end are different to what was explained in ticket, can you pls assist me with this as the plugin is not working the way it should.

This plugin was not tested by us therefore we cannot guarantee its compatibility.

If you say the proposed solution doesn't work you should explain which point you have difficult with, possibly with pictures, or contact the author directly

Hello Laura,

As explained in initial reply there are no WPML options within gallery in the attached ticket a supporter shown screenshot having WPML options but on my end

Hi Christian,

You can go to WPML > Settings > Post Types translation > Set the post type (maybe awl_filter_gallery in this case) preference to "Translatable - only show translated items" to translate the gallery post.

But please notice that, this plugin isn't compatible with WPML so the translation process won't work properly. I suggest you contact the plugin author and ask them to join our Go Global program where our Compatibility developers will help them to make their product compatible with WPML.
