either give me the string domain
or tell me how do i access it from wpml or woocommerce
- woocommerce i tried via settings->payments but couldn't find it there
Good morning! I hope you're doing well. Most of the time, the active theme takes precedence over the default WooCommerce templates, so the actual strings being displayed may come from a different text domain.
Please give these steps a try:
1. Head over to WPML > Theme and plugins localization.
2. Choose your theme and click "Scan."
3. After that, go to WPML > String Translations to see if there are any new instances of the strings you need to translate.
If that doesn't work, please try the following:
1. Temporarily deactivate any non-WPML plugins, except for WooCommerce.
2. Temporarily switch your active theme to the Storefront theme.
With this setup, does the Thank You page translate correctly? If not, kindly share your website's debug information.
The easiest way to test this would be to install the Fake Pay plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/fake-pay-for-woocommerce/) and place a dummy order. After placing an order, you can change the language on the order-received or thank-you page to check the translation from the site's frontend.
I've created a screen recording that demonstrates how to install the plugin, set it up, place an order, and check the translation: hidden link.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
