This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client purchased WPML credits which did not appear in Translation Management > tools. After unlinking the site, the client was unable to reconnect it.
Solution:
To resolve the issue of reconnecting your site and ensuring your purchased WPML credits appear, make sure that WPML is registered inside WordPress. In case you migrated the site to a different server or changed the site URL or domain provider, please follow these steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/
2. If your site URL is already registered, delete it from the list.
3. Re-enter the site URL to generate a new site key.
4. Click on "Show key" and copy the new site key.
5. Go to Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) and enter the key to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered, de-register it first.
These steps should help reconnect your site and display your purchased credits. If the problem persists, or if these steps become outdated or do not apply to your case, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hello,

You need to go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/

If the site is still registered on your WPML account, use the same site key and register WPML again inside WordPress.

If you already removed the registered site from your WPML account, add the site again and use the new site key to register WPML inside WordPress.

To register WPML inside WordPress go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial and use the link in the area at the top right.

After registering WPML you should be able to assign the credits to your site here:
https://wpml.org/account/

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

WPML must be re-registered after every website migration or after changing the domain or domain provider.

1) Go to https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/

2) As the site URL is already registered, delete it from the list.

3) Now enter the site URL again. This creates a new site key.

4) Click on "Show key" and copy it.

5) Enter the key under Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered here, de-register it first.

If the problem persists, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas

Thanks for all of your help here. This appears to have worked. However, I have a question about the credits we may (or may not) have.

Obviously, this ticket started because we had just purchased 90000 of the prepaid credits. Taking a look at the attached screenshot, we are showing 152000 in the "Additional Loans" section.

Are "Additional Loans" effectively the Prepaid Credits? Are they something else? Translation credit that later must be paid for?

Thanks,
Craig

Hi Craig,

These are pre-paid credits that were available on your WPML account.

According to the system you have already assigned them to the site.

The site currently does not have an active subscription to "Pay-As-You-Go".

Best regards
Andreas
