[Resolved] Images does not show up for translation, ATE does not apply glosario during translation in Divi

Hi, I do not want to show different images on each language, I want to show the same image but with ALT text in its own language. Right now the ALT texts on my English version keeps getting up in Spanish so we have a full English layout with every ALT texts in Spanish. I have sent you several screenshots that shows the Spanish ALT texts on English layout. And all this after paying for translation. Also yesterday I have showed you on the screenshots that a image actually occurs within ETA and this I can edit the ALT title within the ETA. but this only occurs on the FAQ page. Every other page it does not react the same way. Once again please look at screen shots send.
So please Carlos, if you see one thing working on one url but not on others what is that a signal of ?? It would be a lot easier if it was just me having no clue at all and the thing is to teach me but here we are talking about the program working in one way on certain url and in another way on the rest. And no answer at all why my glosario does not work either ???

Thank you so much for the effort Carlos, it seems like there is still a lot of issues with DIVI5 and its a pity because at Divi they said we could use on new sites so I feel like that was a to quick statement by them.
Now about the steps in your video, the reason for having the ETA deactivated was because I did exactly what you reproduce in your video and I have all layouts saved with correct ALT images. So what I would do was ask to edit manually through the WordPress editor and then put the English version on and save.
Like that all is working smoothly and you see the English image and its alt text.

I was not even going to contact you guys but to let it like that until full support is offered for DIVI5.

But then things started to happen in my layouts made manually, layouts started getting erased and replaced with Spanish version. Over and over again, meaning I am spending half of my day "spying" on my layouts to see if the content is still there.

All of this must be because some file is damaged or other issues on the backend.
Is there any way you have a way of screening my setup for something like that ??? And I do not say this just to make you work harder its just completely frustrating sitting and keep doing the same remakes over and over.

Buenos dias Carlos, this morning I published a new page: hidden link which I translated entirely using the WordPress editor, I never past by the WPML editor or section at all nor touch anything.

I just published and saved every language manually. This was done about 5 minutes ago and now the English, Dutch, Finnish and Danish version are erased and replaced by the Spanish version.

First of all I did not copy the Spanish layout onto the other pages, I started a fresh clean page for every translate. So I do not understand why it chooses to show the Spanish layout on these urls (Have in mind that my setup is set to not show the language in case of no translation available- but here it shows the Spanish version which it shouldn't)

I cannot send you any video because it all happens so quick that it is done before returning to see page. But please visit the url I sent and see for yourself.

This is why are got back to support because I cannot trust in WPML with my layouts not even things done manually.

Good evening Carlos, it is just past 23.00 and I have sat down and read your message. I have not opened my computer nor the website since my last message to you.
So I read your message and go to the page to get the info and screenshots for you when I see that all the layouts have now changed.
Instead of the "Escort Malaga" layout it is now the "Escort Torremolinos" layout on the page and suddenly the 5 languages that were erased this morning has come back in its proper language but now it is not the layout it should be.
So I could send you screen shots of how my configuration is but really at this point it seems useless.
If the program cannot leave content which is manually applied without any translations done whatsoever then it is really difficult to do anything.

Just to explain again, I made a fresh page with no content on it (meaning I did not copy or over write any material- it was a clean page in all languages), put my content on the clean sheet, then I tell the program I will translate this only page manually (because it asks me if I want to), I then put up my layouts without translating anything because I have these layouts already translated, I publish this and then the software decides that it is better to find other content on my web and put it there for no reason at all nor has anybody asked it to do so.
When you start attending tomorrow please have a look at the url sent before and see which content it shows to you tomorrow (remember the layout published is "Escort Malaga"). At least I have the screenshots so you do not think I am going crazy here 🙂

Good morning Carlos, just had a look on my url and once again the content has changed. The layouts are back to "Escort Malaga" but once again I am now missing the English,Finnish and Danish versions which are in Spanish.
So yesterday when everything got replaced by the "Escort Torremolinos" layout it got replaced on all languages and no translation were lost there. But now when it shows the correct layout the suddenly it forgets these 3 translation again. There is no heads or tale in all of this.

Good evening Carlos, no te iba escribir tan rápido pero este noche he estado publicando unas fichas nuevas y encontré el siguiente detalle: La categoría chica por alguna razón si reconoce los imagenes cuando lo paso por el ETA. Este categoría fui creado en el backend por mi programador y no entiendo bien porque este clase de proyectos si funciona perfectamente con Divi5 y WPML ??
