Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.

The Avada forms need to be sent for translation using the WPML's Translation Management, not translated manually by switching to the secondary language. Please try the following steps to translate them:

1. Go to WPML > Translation Management
2. Select the forms you want to translate
3. Click on the "Translate selected content" button

Kindly check here for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/using-wpml-with-the-avada-theme/#translating-avada-forms

If the forms are already translated and you want to edit the translations, please do this from the translation queue in WPML > Translations.

Let me know please if that helps.

Regards,
Mohamed

Hi,

I couldn't replicate this issue on a clean installation, I can switch the admin language on the form editing page as you can see here hidden link

The flag used for French in your screenshot shows "Belgium" on the front end also the debug info of your site shows the same. Could you please tell me if you have updated the French language from the WPML languages table or this is a custom language?

Also, could you please check if the following steps help to fix this issue?

Make sure that you have a full database and website backup then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following:

- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations
