This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the English version of their menu despite having translated the content and following WPML documentation.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the site meets the minimum requirements for WPML.
2. Update the theme and plugins to the latest versions.
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions for translating menus provided in the WPML documentation.
4. Enable the "Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality" option from the WPML >> Languages page.

I'm currently trying to have the menu in english appeating. I followed the wpml documentation ( synchronizing among other actions )... but the menu in english is still not appearing. Can you please help me to identify the issue ? thank you

DO note that all the pages content has been translated but the menu is not

1. Please make sure the minimum requirements for WPML are met:

2. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins on your site.

3. Please make sure you have followed the step-by-step instructions from this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

4. Please make sure to enable the “Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality” option from the WPML >> Languages page and see if this resolves the issue.
