I translated all my German pages to EN and Everything seems to work fine. Today suddenly all the EN translations are showing only the Page title without any stylings. |

Hello, In case you translated the content with the WPML Translation Editor, please take kindly note, that the Oxygen Page Builder is currently not compatible with the WPML Translation Editor. https://wpml.org/plugin/oxygen/ You can only create the translation with the WordPress Editor in this case. Further, could you please increase your WP Memory limit to 256M? 128M is the minimum required by WPML. PHP Memory Limit 512M define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); Paste it just before: / That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. / Now, verify the current settings at WPML > Support > WordPress. Then complete the translation again. These settings can be limited directly by your hosting provider, so I recommend you contact and ask them to modify them directly. https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ If this will still not solve the issue, please let me know. Best regards Best regards |

Hello, I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further. You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further. However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose. If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again. If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket. The private response form looks like this: Next time you reply, click "I still need assistance." Video: Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We may not access any access information not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form. Best regards |

The problem appears to be caused by the translated templates. I see many of those were duplicates and when I try to mark them as independent translations and try to edit them inside Oxygen I do see the error, that you see on the screenshot. Until now I was sadly not able to solve this issue. Could you maybe install the latest version of Oxygen on a test site which I would like to provide to try to recreate the issue and escalate it internally? Please take kindly note, that I do not work on Sundays and Mondays. I will be glad to assist you again on Tuesday. |

I would like to provide a WPML test site on which we can run some tests, to try to recreate the issue, as it could be that this is a general issue that was not yet reported. Would you be able to install Oxygen on my test site for this purpose? |

Thank you for your cooperation! Here is the test site: One-Click-Login: I might still need access to your site to import your pages and templates for further tests. Please leave me a quick message on this ticket, once the plugin is installed. |

Hi Andreas, Seems the issue sorted out by the Oxygen team This is what they sayed "The issue was that some of the JSON in the "Mainheader - EN" template was unescaped, which caused issues with Oxygen loading correctly. We've fixed these unescaped characters in the JSON, and everything should now work. |

Hello, Thank you for your message. I mostly wonder why the issue occurred in the first place. If this issue will occur again, then please let us know. Best regards |

This is the full reply from the oxygen. They said the issue triggered by WPML Hello, I've updated the JSON for the Main template again. The issue is that the " in the JSON aren't getting the escape character placed in front of them, for example: \". This can be fixed using a program such as Visual Studio Code. As to why this happens, it is probably because of WPML, and hopefully, the snippet we just provided will prevent it from happening again in the future. If it does happen again please provide any information or insight into the steps you took leading up to the issue so we can try and identify the problem going forward. How would you rate my reply? -- Added those functions to the site. but seems nothing happens on it Still the error exists Thanks & Regards T. As you are using WPML, it could be related to a plugin conflict between the two plugins. The only viable solution we have at this time is to add the following PHP code to the site using a plugin such as Code Snippets or WP Code Box (paid): function oxys_wpml_translated( // Make sure the package is for our plugin // Get the data from the original post // Save the post data that now includes the translations to the translated post. -- IS THERE ANY WAY TO PREVENT THIS ISSUE HAPPENEING. If you suspect a bug in WPML then I would like to ask you to install the latest version of Oxygen on the following test site and import your template, so that I can have ac loser look at the issue. One-Click-Login: Please leave me a short comment on this ticket, once you are done with this task. |
