Problem:
ATE is not showing when translating.

Solution:
make sure that the primary language page is not configured to use the "WordPress Editor"

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

Could you please refer to this section of the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/ and make sure that the primary language page is not configured to use the "WordPress Editor"?

Make sure you've selected the "WPML Translation Editor" as shown in the attached screenshot. (Please ignore the red arrow)
