Hi Itamar

It looks like you may have misunderstood what needs to be done, the issue is still the same. this is a new one problem.

The way the site is built uses sections that are saved globally and shared by multiple pages. Now the plugin was able to translate it before but it completely changed the content to Welsh and is not able to switch back and forth from English to Welsh and vice versa. When we check the page's translated content it did not include these global sections which we think is the reason why it was not able to switch language to those sections.

screenshots of the sections that are having that issue from the homepage attached. Can you visit the homepage and try switching the language so they will see what we mean by those sections not switching language.

Hi, Judith.

I've checked this issue on your site and confirm that I see the problem. On the homepage in Welsh, I can see the sections that are not translated and are still in English. Please see the attached screenshot cy-section-in-en.jpg.

I checked your site and found those sections are global Saved Rows from the Beaver Builder plugins. Please see the attached screenshot beaver-saved-rows-global.jpg.

I then went to WPML -> Settings and discovered that the 'Templates (fl-builder-template)' post type was set to 'Not translatable'. Please see the attached screenshot fl-builder-template-not-trans.jpg. So I set it to 'Translatable'. Since I wasn't sure you wanted to automatically translate those sections and spend any credits you didn't intend, I unchecked the 'Translate automatically' option. Please see the attached screenshot no-auto-trans.jpg. You can now see that those global templates are available for translation in WPML -> Translation Management. Please see the attached screenshot templates-available-in-tm.jpg. Now if you want, you can translate the global elements manually - meaning yourself or with a local translator. Or you can send them to automatic translation from the Translation Management dashboard. And you can also enable 'Translate automatically' in WPML -> Settings -> Post Types Translation.

Please let me know if you have any further questions about this issue.

Regards,
Itamar.
