But may i ask i have buy another 40000 credit but the dashboard didnt show out and i am not able to use the auto translate now !

I've reviewed our subscription management system and noticed that the credits were allocated to an incorrect site key, which is why, the credits aren't showing on the main site at the time of translation. To address this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WPML.ORG account and remove the site "hidden link " by following these steps: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#remove-credits-no-site-access .
2. Once you've removed the site, any credits associated with it will be immediately returned to your WPML account.
3. Next, re-register the site using a new site key. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register
4. After successful registration with the new site key, allocate the credits to your site through your WPML.ORG account.
