If you are already checking this issue- I have another problem: I'm trying to start doing "automatic translation" and it seems I don't have the option (It looks like the website it not properly linked to WPML).

Hi Neta,

I can see the option to translate automatically in WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard tab (hidden link)

To use it, you need to have an active Automatic Translation account, please go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab (hidden link)

This is the message I get when I try to activate it (see photo),
I think there is some kind of issue recognizing my account because I activated it before I transferred to this domain. (It was cloudways app).

Hi,

I checked our records but I couldn't find any active account linked to this site.

The credit card details are required in order to activate the "Pay-as-you-go" account. Please make sure to add the credit card details and try to activate it again.

Regarding the other message that says "WPML can't connect to wpml.org", it's usually a temporary connection issue. Please try the following steps then check if the issue is resolved:

- Go to Dashboard > Updates
- Click the "Check again" link

As I explained,
I downloaded the plugin while the domain name was "cloudways...." and it seems it hasn't moved the account to the new domain after I changed it.
All the credit card details ect' are in my account as this is a pro plan. you can check my account.
There is a connection issue regarding to this domain.

I am guessing that this message, is not a connection issue.
I have WPML on another website and never got this message.

Please try the following steps to register the site with a new key and let me know if the issue is resolved:

1- Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
2- Delete the key for this site
3- Go to plugins-> Add new-> Commercial tab
4- Click on "Unregister WPML from this site"
5- Click on "Register WPML"
6- Click on "Get a key for this site"
7- Get the new key and use it to register again in plugins-> Add new-> Commercial tab

Okay the message has disappeared now, but still I don't have the option to add a credit card for the automatic translation (Have a look at photo):
So It doesn't let me switch to it.

Could you please provide us with new access details so our ATE team can check this issue?

The credentials provided in the other ticket are not working anymore.

Hi,

You need to activate the Automatic translation account from your site as mentioned in our doc here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/

Regarding the missing field for card details, it could be an issue with your browser's caching.
