If you are already checking this issue- I have another problem: I'm trying to start doing "automatic translation" and it seems I don't have the option (It looks like the website it not properly linked to WPML). |

Hi Neta, I can see the option to translate automatically in WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard tab (hidden link) To use it, you need to have an active Automatic Translation account, please go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab (hidden link) Please check the following docs for more details: - https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/ Kind regards, |

Hi, I checked our records but I couldn't find any active account linked to this site. The credit card details are required in order to activate the "Pay-as-you-go" account. Please make sure to add the credit card details and try to activate it again. Regarding the other message that says "WPML can't connect to wpml.org", it's usually a temporary connection issue. Please try the following steps then check if the issue is resolved: - Go to Dashboard > Updates |

Hi, You need to activate the Automatic translation account from your site as mentioned in our doc here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/ Regarding the missing field for card details, it could be an issue with your browser's caching.
