This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where products and filters do not display correctly in a secondary language on your website, similar to how they appear in the default language.
Solution:
We recommend checking the status of your templates in the WordPress Dashboard under Templates. Use the admin language switcher at the top to switch to the affected language (e.g., French). It's possible that the templates are still in Draft mode. If this is the case, you should publish them to ensure they appear correctly in the secondary language. This solution was effective for a similar issue where the French version of the product categories and filters were not displaying after translation.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you Chris for your reply. I was able to recover the missing credits and completed the translation. It seems like most of the website is translated and I can now see the slideshow, however, when you click on any product in French it doesn't display it correctly like in English (default language), like the products filter on the left doesn't show in French, as well as, the whole Catalogue in French is not showing.
See attached for more details.
Can you look into this using the access I provided to you before?

Hi,

I went to WordPress Dashboard > Templates and from the top admin language switcher switched to French and I saw that most of the templates there were in Draft mode and not published.

I Published them and it works correctly now:

Most probably when the templates are translated the English version of the templates are in draft mode and then later you published them.

The link hidden link was working when I first checked and now it's not working. Can you look into this? Can you also provide steps by steps how did you resolve it so I can resolve the other pages.
