Tell us what yDear Mr. Long Nguyen, Background Info [SPLIT Ticket = Product Pages = WPML Translated Fields] I translated all product pages with automatic translation in the WPML dashboard. The shop was working in all languages. You will find an overview of the 16 product pages in the enclosed file. Something I see = = often day | month | year is translated [not always – sometimes not in Dutch This is one significant handling for all, I think [probably something more has to be translated]. Strange, is that some pages [are translated fine in 1 language and not the other | or party]. = I highlighted #1 till #13 As more products follow it is important, to find out what went wrong, and that the solution is a permanent fix [BIG chance, I forgot to Translate essential things, which relates to this Issue | Ticket]. And for Lodges #15 | and #16, I have to add | or change FIELDS in the near future. Dropbox Url of [SPLIT TICKET + FIELDS Product PAGES]= hidden link Regards, |

Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. The issue here is the variation products are not synced across languages properly. I fixed the issue by going to WooCommerce> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Troubleshooting > Tick all options and sync variable products. Now you can see it works, please check this screenshot hidden link Look forward to your reply. |

Dear Mr. Long Nguyen, I am glad [I already had the idea that I forgot something crucial to check] that this could be solved. Big Question [as I need to able to do this myself in the future: I looked into Woo | Multilingual & Multicurrency = " I can not find = Troubleshooting." As you did this already, this might be, but I can't find this option. Same for the "SYNQ" option [might be the same reason]. I would like to know [for future products, how I do this myself], ..?? Some small questions: There are some exclamation marks [see Screenshots] at = Categories [!] and Tags [!], should I take action here, ...? [first and second screenshot] = I tried to select some [but I do not see the option to choose more than one - I can only adjust - each individual - per language [note the ones left might not be relevant at all; just wondering how to deal with that [4th screenshot] = I tried to change the example Education [again, I am not sure this one is relevant, as all works [but I seem only to be able the 3rd screenshot to copy the UK default language']. Regards, I will close the ticket tomorrow after your reply [these are minor things, but I would like to understand [so I can do this myself next time]. |

Hi, The correct path is WooCommerce> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Settings > Troubleshooting. Please check this screenshot hidden link Regarding the exclamation mark, you should translate all terms into second languages, then the mark will be removed. If you want to translate all terms at once, please follow this documentation https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-all-taxonomy-terms-at-once/ Look forward to your reply. |
