danieleD-46	Some minutes ago the testing site starts to give the same issue as the production site. It itn't reachable anymore due to the translations. I leave the site in this state, maybe you'll find something useful to check with the ssh and sftp. I attach the screenshot of the cpu. Before I use bitnami and AWS, my hosting is Siteground (a couple of year ago). I remember that I had some issue with the site speed and wpml even if there's not automatic translations... It's only to exclude that is a server side issue.

Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	I can see the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED now, indeed the server looks down. We will need to further investigate this, if possible restart the server as I will need to take a copy of the site using the duplicator plugin to provide to our dev team for further investigation.

danieleD-46	I have some issue to recover the test machine. I will recreate a new one but it will change the ip again because the server AWS ligthtsail bitnami give me a new one every time I create a new machine. Can you give me a new form for privacy credential? In the main while I install duplicator pro in the production site (the site occupied more then 500MB that is allowed from the base duplicator plugin, I need to buy it, before I use All-In-One Migration) and I create the backup that you can download from here hidden link and you can find settings here hidden link In these second file change php.bak in php in the file name to change extension. danieleD-46	Ok, the store owner needs the translation to improve the SEO for google ad soon as possible, so in the night (for you and your team is in the day) I make translations with manually product selection (20 max each iteration) to send to the automatic translations even if sometimes I need to restart the site. I notice that if I go to Woocommere > Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > State I generate a Gateway timeout, all pages are unreachable and the only way to solve is to restart the server. Another information for your developers is that in WPML > translation management if I filter for translation in progress I'll found a lot of products that are in progress for a long long time, more than one week. Today I update wpml for WooCommerce but I think that the fix you publish is not to solve my case. Please keep me update. Daniele

danieleD-46	Is there any news? Is there a way to help your team to find the issue? I would like to test in my local environment, but the biggest problem appear when I start the automatic translation and I don't want to use credits for test purpose

translate. In this moment I'm able only to translate automatically 20 products each time. In the screenshot example I translate 40 products starting at 18:30. He finish to translate after 30 minutes, then I wait 2 hours with the site that is exteremely slow or that goes in timeout. I wait another 2 hours then I need to reboot the site, but still the same. Probably there's some background processes that even if the translations are finished, WooCommerce or plugins (maybe yours) have to do. During that peaks if I try to go to the wpml translation management page I received request timeout

This could be a combination of EC2 instance throttling, bitnami, and the security plugin. bitnami - can you check your current configuration EC2 - they have protection - if they get more requests they throttle them could you check if there is any throttling happening? The security plugin - on my local host it created issues deploying the site via duplicator - producing error 403. This is our main suspect at the moment. ----- Review the above and let me know your results, please. Additionally, our next release of WPML will include a fix that would cache requests, therefore if this is caused by too many requests to the server due to the amount of languages it would help.

danieleD-46	That's not EC2 but Lightsail, even if I think the functionality is quite the same. About the Throttling, I can access to the CPU and other stats, I never reach the maximum (100%). About the security plugin, I have Wordfence, in a period of time I test to disable it, no different results. At the end, about the server, before I have the site in a Siteground instance, I didn't activate yet the automatic translation, but I had some issue with WPML and the site slowness, I move to AWS to check better the server resources and scale it when necessary. At the moment I contact other developers more expert than me in php to try to find the issue about the site and collaborating with your team. I also contact WPSwings developers that develop the copoun referral program plugin to update some php functions that generate lots of log warning. Now I'm preparing for you another backup to recover with All-in-one plugin that always work for me This issue cause problems with SEO indexing because there's some old url redirections for not translated products that google avoid to scan. So At the moment I create with Selenium IDE (that typically is used for testing) a script that every 30 minutes run and select some (max 12, otherwise I have an error) products and translate them. Regarding this original issue, what are your results with Wordfeence disabled now? If possible go to plugins->deactivate WPML and delete -> upload the beta version of 4.6.4 which can be found here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog Test this issue again with the beta version and let me know your results. Please test this in the staging environment or only after a full backup as Beta versions are not stable yet.

danieleD-46	Hi, I create a new ticket for the issue as you request. Regarding the original issue, I follow your instruction. I also move all the temporary deactivated plugin in another folder (Wordfence included), the issue remain. I didn't activate the automatic translation of all the products but I start translate 50 products with credits and the result is the same as before as you can see in this video that I record for you hidden link After a while the site stop working, I need to restart the instance. I didn't wait too long for the video purpose, but sometimes I try to wait more then an hour but is the same... I suggest to speed up the video. I also create an AWS account where you can manage my lightsail instance. Maybe it could be useful for your developers to have a look to resources and graphics if they work with the staging site (but also production) If you enable a private reply I'll share the information.
