I didn't do anything here yet, so it's possibily a cache issue.
Try to
- going to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and clear the WPML cache
- clear the cache for WP Fastest Cache (or deactivate it)
- check if there are any server cache active
Also, from the backend I can see the "Patterns" tab in the post edit page, so it's probably the same cache issue that hid them on your site.
I still don't see them translated though, and also the Media issue remains, so I'll continue investigating it.

It seems the patterns content is not sent to translation. If I open them, I only see the pattern's name, that's why they appears as translated.
It might be related to the lastes WordPress and WPML update, so I'm splitting the ticket since is definitely not related to the cache issue.
I'm going to check the Media issue now, to see if I can give you a solution, and then investigate the pattern problem.

For images:
- running WPML Media Translation settings worked for posts (it's in WPML > Settings > Media Translations)
- resaving French products fixed the product images gallery
I have to admit I'm not sure why some products didn't copy the product image gallery when translating. Maybe did you increase the WP Memory Limit after translating the content? That might be an explanation.

This is so weird and getting weirder and weirder 😂
About cache:
- I cleared the WPML cache & disabled the cache plugin. Some pages are now translated (like the About page) where they were not before. I had to manually restart the translation though.
- Some pages are still not translating (like the home page) but I suspect that's because of the emoji
- Some "pages" are still not fully translated despite being retranslated by hand such as my footer (it's an Elementor template called Main Footer (3 columns)). The menus in it are translated, but not the text/titles.
- Some pages are not translating at all despite retranslating them by hand (with the automatic setting) such as this one: hidden link
- The shop page has the right title, the right URL but is still showing "boutique" in the title: hidden link
About images:
- I did not change anything memory related 😅
About template: thank you!

This is still a different issue, related to Elementor, so I splitted the ticket.
Can you confirm if the image issue is solved?

For the products, I followed what you did and it worked:
- translate the product
- running WPML Media Translation settings worked for posts (it's in WPML > Settings > Media Translations)

I still have featured images not showing up for blogpost but I think it's linked to the article not being properly translated because of the emoji.
So I think we found a way to translate the gallery. Not ideal because very time-consuming as I have to go through all the products and do them one-by-one but at least the gallery is showing!
I noticed that the caption of images in this article are not being translated though: hidden link
No idea if this is linked or not.

From now on hopefully the products should copy the images, if that still doesn't happen we'll investigate further
