Hey I am trying to translate the top bar announcement of my website, where it says: "FREE SHIPPING ABOVE 300NIS" but I can't manage to do so. I already translated it within the "String Translation" but for some reason it doesn't work. |

Hi there. Thank you for contacting us. It is possible that the text that is being loaded comes from a different text domain that is not added to the String Translation screen yet. If that's the case you'd need to include the text from the other domain as well. Can you please try the following procedures to try to include that text? If this is an admin text, this should be the normal process to find and translate those strings: You can also try to go to WPML > String Translation and at the bottom of the page you will find a checkbox called "Look for strings while pages are rendered". You can enable (check) that and then go in the front end to a page where you have that string showing up and then go back to WPML > String Translation and search for that string and see if it now shows up. Please don't forget to disable that option once you're done searching it. This link might help, too, in case the string is hard-coded in the theme files: If even after that you're not able to translate that text, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Privacy and Security Policy We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see: **IMPORTANT** - Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day. |
