This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with transferring credits to their WPML.org account. Despite loading credits and attempting a transfer, the credits have not appeared in the WPML account, and an error message stating 'Cannot withdraw credits to wpml.org, please contact support' was received. The client tried removing and re-registering their site and re-entering the key, but the issue persisted. Solution: We recommend removing the domain from your WPML account by visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and then adding it again to generate a new sitekey. Please share the new sitekey with us for further assistance.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
I created a new key. While creating the first key, I was asked, "How much credit would you like to load?" I loaded a small amount of credit and pasted the new key into WP Engine. After pasting, a small amount of credit appeared.
However, when I tried to send credits again from my WPML account, I encountered the same error. The error is shown in the attached screenshot.
Additionally, my WPML.org account does not appear in WP Engine.
I had also sent you the admin username for another issue; perhaps we can look into this matter as well.
I have an idea: Previously, I deleted and reinstalled the WPML plugin twice. However, despite uninstalling it, the connection between WPML.org and WP Engine was not established.
Every time I reinstalled it, it came back with the old settings. What if we try uninstalling it again and this time manually delete the WPML-related file extensions via FTP?
Also, I don’t understand why my credits before were sent to the email address asli69enver@gmail.com.
Thanks for your reply. Do you mean it is working correctly now? As for the email asli69enver@gmail.com , it is my mistake. I checked the wrong information.
Could you please open this page https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and remove hidden link ? Then, add this domain again to generate a new sitekey. Then, share the new sitekey in your next reply.
