Hi there,

The In Stock and Add to Cart buttons might be generated from the theme or Woocommerce itself.

The Share button might be generated from a plugin that you use but I am not sure.

Would you please kindly follow the steps below to provide the debug information?

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Debug Information (Link)".
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Add it to the next reply so I can understand the setup.

As a starting point please follow these steps:

1. Scan the plugins and the theme that might involve in the texts you annotated in the screenshot:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scanning-the-theme-and-plugins

2. Register options that might not be in string translation:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#strings-arent-selected-for-translation

3. Enable the Auto Register feature temporarily:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#auto-register-strings-for-translation

After the steps above search again to see if you find the text in question in string translation:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Thank you.

I have one more question.
The website is set to work with bulgarian lev (BGN).
How can I make it so that in the Bulgarian version it says ".лв"(as it is now) and in the English version BGN.

Thanks

Hi there,

I'm glad that the original issue is fixed.

To make sure that we keep the tickets organized so other customers can find the solution for the issue we answer one question per ticket.

You are more than welcome to open up other tickets if needed.

For now I will try to answer the second question and split the ticket for the third one.

Regarding the custom option you mentioned, if it is a custom block, then that block needs to have an XML file that makes it visible for WPML the content that it uses.

Here are the details on how to add the XML code:

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/#gutenberg-blocks

The XML code can be added to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration (tab)

Thanks.

Hi there,

It is not possible to do that in the front end of the website.

Please go to the Editor page and from the top three dots enable the CODE view and it will show the code of the block.

Try to do that in a page that only has the block in question, That way you can share the code with me by clicking the CODE button in the reply and paste it.

That way I might be able to help.

Please consider that we do not provide support for custom blocks, so there is no guarantee here.

Thanks.
