Tell us what you are trying to do? Check if the automatic translation working but the numbers are not updating.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

It looks like the translation is stuck, please try to make a small change to the post/page title or content > save changes and see if it helps. You can read more on the documentation https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

While checking the debug info, I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/.
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

After adding the code you can confirm that the memory was changed correctly from WPML > Support > WordPress > Memory limit.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

It has been changed yesterday. For some of the translations editing worked but for some of them not.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

It might be a temporary issue when our server attempts to deliver the translation to your site. You can try to make the small change again and see if it helps.

If the translations are still not updated, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
And let me know which page/post or content is not updated.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

As I can see the automatic translation is paused so there are some products that will not be translated automatically. Can you please enable the automatic translation and recheck this issue?
Please check this screenshot hidden link

I also do not see any "In Progress" product job in WPML > Translations, which means some products sent to the translation are translated completely.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

I've turned this on. But the problem is the status. I don't know how to check if the item is translated or not. In the bar it shows 0/6063 for me it means that 6063 words need to be translated.

Is there any way to contact you via live chat?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

So you can wait for a few minutes or hours to let the automatic translation translates the content on your site. You can check the translation in WPML > Translation Management.

You can create a live chat and ask for contacting me or my colleague will help you to check the issue.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,
Ive spoken to the tech support on cloudways and the plugin is making too many requests and is causing the website to use 100% resources (CPU and RAM).

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

It could happen at a certain time when WPML automatic translation attempts to find all elements/content on your site and send them to our server and translate them.

I also see almost content on your site is translated automatically, there are some left in the queue and you can wait for a few hours to let the automatic translation do the rest.

In the meantime, I check your server stats with the plugin WP Server Health Stats (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-server-stats/) and do not see that issue. Please check this screenshot hidden link

If the issue with CPU/RAM usage 100% still persists, please try to enable a minimal environment as below and check the CPU and RAM usage for each step:
- deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- switch to a standard theme of WordPress
- pause Automatic Translation
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi there,
Could you tell me how can I stop the current job list? As I think I know how to mark the translations as "done".

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

You can pause the automatic translation and let the automatic translation feature translate the In Progress jobs, the new post/page will not be translated automatically.

Or go to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode > Change the mode to "Translate What You Choose".
then go to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs > Cancel the In Progress jobs.
Please read more on the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
